In between longer projects, there’s always excitement in doing something smaller and manageable—a little corner or diorama we can retreat to, without thinking too much about the technicalities and just following the workflow that was hard-built during the longer projects. You could say it’s a kind of dopamine boost during tougher times, but one that might spark more fire in the long term and keep you motivated.
