This artwork was created alongside another piece called Crime Scene. It was around the time I became completely hooked on the first season of True Detective, while also recalling the haunting mood of Christopher Nolan’s Insomnia.
I wanted this piece to capture it all—an eerie atmosphere, a sense of creeping madness, the feeling that something isn’t quite right—all set against the backdrop of pristine, isolated nature.
