This artwork was released as an open edition exclusively for the Resilient Labs community.
Walking through th e massive temples of Yucatán, Mexico, it’s impossible not to be amazed by their beauty—the incredible craftsmanship, the stunning architecture accompanied by the endless sounds of the jungle all around.
But this piece isn’t about the busy hours when the place is packed with tourists. It’s about a quieter moment—late in the afternoon, as the site starts to empty. Most of the souvenir vendors have packed up, and the buses are already taking drowsy visitors back to their hotels.
That’s when you can finally stop, take it all in, and really feel the place. That’s the moment that inspired this artwork.
